Three things happen before your team logs in for the first time — and none of them are your responsibility.
Before your team logs in for the first time, your existing data is already in Brebo. We import client records, staff profiles, active authorizations, and historical billing at no charge — so your team picks up where they left off, not from a blank screen.
Free data migration for agencies with 20+ active clients. Setup fee waived.
We train two audiences separately, because coordinators and direct support staff have completely different jobs. Coordinators learn billing, scheduling, and reporting. DSPs learn the mobile app — clock-in, shift notes, medications, and goals. Nobody gets a generic walkthrough.
Most agencies are fully operational within two weeks of onboarding.
Medicaid billing is usually the thing that makes agencies nervous about switching. We configure your service codes, payer connections, and billing rules before you go live — so your first documented shifts generate real claims, not test transactions.
We stay until your first billing cycle closes cleanly.
No per-seat licenses. No per-user fees. Core functionality — billing, eMAR, goals, EVV, scheduling, and the mobile app — is all included. Optional third-party integrations are add-ons with pricing shown upfront before you enable them.

Every Brebo agency has a dedicated implementation contact through go-live, and ongoing access to support after that. When something breaks or a billing question comes up at 4 PM on a Friday, you reach a person — not a ticket queue.
A dedicated contact for data migration, configuration, and training — available throughout your setup period.
Real people for billing questions, EVV issues, and platform questions after you go live. Included in your plan.
When your state changes EVV requirements or updates billing rules, Brebo pushes the update — you don't have to ask.
Most agencies are live within 10–14 days of signing. The migration itself (importing your data) typically completes in 2–3 business days. The rest of the time is spent on configuration and training.
No. Your billing starts on your go-live date — the date your team begins using Brebo for real shifts. The setup period is on us.
We coordinate the transition so there's no gap in billing. Your pending claims from the previous platform can be completed before cutover, or we can manage historical submissions alongside your new Brebo billing.
Yes. We typically run a parallel period of 1–2 weeks where staff use Brebo for new shifts while historical records are finalized in the old system.
No. We import historical records and keep them accessible in Brebo. For records that can't be imported (due to format limitations from your previous platform), we can store exported PDFs in Brebo's document system.
Yes — scheduling, EVV, shift documentation, eMAR, goal tracking, incident reporting, Medicaid billing, document storage, and the DSP mobile app are all part of the $10/client base price. Optional third-party integrations — like syncing hours to a payroll platform (Gusto, ADP) or routing claims through a clearinghouse — are add-ons with pricing shown clearly before you enable them.
